Salvador Di Quinzio: At Babylon Berlin Kabarett

This painting is partially inspired by the Netflix "Babylon Berlin" series and the events that shaped the Weimar Republic in 1920s Germany. "Zu Asche zu Staub", the opening performance series, was quite impressive and it captured the social life of that time period. Salvador Di Quinzio infuses his interest for the human figure and the use of symbolic structures in his original acrylic paintings to create a pictorial bridge that is imbued in his subconscious world and the physical environment that surrounds him.
