Artists on the west coast often use images of The Sacred Heart of Mary in their artwork. Here, our Hispanic heritage is in front of us everyday. I live a few minutes from the Santa Barbara Mission, which was built in the late 1700s. Classical Spanish and Mexican architecture are usual sites in Santa Barbara and South into Los Angeles.
